As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and professionalization of our sales operation. You will have the opportunity to help build the organization and take an overarching role in the further development of our commercial approach. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality and you know how to build and expand sustainable customer relationships.
With your broad network you are able to attract new customers and further develop existing relationships. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to grow our business and provide customers with the right cybersecurity solutions.
Business development: you manage and develop our customer portfolio. You build long-term relationships with existing customers and make sure we stay top-of-mind for new opportunities. In consultation with management, you set ambitious targets and make it your personal goal to achieve them.
Prospecting & networking: you actively seek out new customers and generate quality leads. Networking gives you energy, and you effortlessly spot new opportunities. That is why you can regularly be found at relevant events to further stimulate our growth.
Account management: you ensure excellent customer satisfaction by following up ongoing projects in cooperation with engagement managers or lead consultants.
Sales & partnership management: you prepare customized and qualitative offers and coordinate internal actions and collaborations with partners within our ecosystem. In addition, you take on a coaching role within the organization in sales skills and act as a mentor so that others can further develop their commercial skills.
Strategic contribution: you contribute to the further professionalization of the sales processes and help set the strategic course for future growth.
