As a Medior Intune & M365 Modern Workplace Consultant, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Intune and the M365 ecosystem. You collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, efficient, and future-proof digital workplaces.
Within the field
As a Medior Intune & M365 Modern Workplace Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of empowering organizations to work securely and efficiently in the cloud era. You’ll take ownership of configuring and managing Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, ensuring seamless device enrollment, compliance, and conditional access for every user. You’ll support Autopilot deployments and streamline provisioning workflows, making onboarding a breeze.
You’ll help clients get the most out of Microsoft 365 by deploying and managing apps like Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook, and by optimizing collaboration and productivity across the M365 ecosystem. Your expertise will guide organizations through Windows 11 readiness and upgrades, ensuring teams are always equipped with the latest features.
Security is at the core of your role: you’ll work closely with security teams to enforce endpoint protection, data loss prevention, and integrate solutions like Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Purview. You’ll make sure every solution aligns with the highest organizational security and compliance standards.
You’ll also play a key role in client and stakeholder engagement—participating in workshops, assessments, and rollout planning, and providing clear documentation, training, and support for both end-users and IT staff. When issues arise, you’re the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving challenges related to device management and M365 services.

REQUIREMENTS
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
