ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Maximum impact, maximum growth
As an IAM Expert, you will design, implement, and optimize identity and access management strategies for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. You play a crucial role in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access for users, devices, and services in both hybrid and cloud environments. You collaborate closely with IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to align IAM practices with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Within the field
You are the driving force behind robust identity and access management. You architect and implement IAM strategies for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity protection. You manage the full lifecycle of identities—users, devices, groups, and service principals—across hybrid and cloud environments.
You continuously monitor and optimize access policies, leveraging role-based access control (RBAC), privileged identity management (PIM), and Just-In-Time (JIT) access to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. You lead clean-up and governance initiatives for outdated, orphaned, or non-compliant identities and devices, and integrate IAM with security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and external SIEM solutions.
Collaboration is key: you work with IT, security, and compliance teams to translate business needs into secure technical solutions. You stay up to date with the Microsoft roadmap and best practices for identity security and access management, and you conduct audits and generate reports to support compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in ICT or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in technical delivery of security or IAM solutions.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Nice to have:
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
- You have strong analytical skills, a passion for identity security, and excellent communication abilities. You are fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
