ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

As a Finance officer & Office manager, you are the quiet force behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for financial administration, office and facility support, and internal communication related to these areas. Whether visible or not, your impact is always felt.

At Toreon and Data Protection Institute, we’re looking for two part-time colleagues. Together, you’ll ensure that finance, office, and fleet administration are handled efficiently and professionally.

 

Within the field

Financial Administration (80%)

  • Create and accurately record sales invoices
  • Process and organize purchase invoices
  • Monitor and reconcile payments
  • Prepare monthly closings
  • Communicate professionally with clients (including in English)

 

Office & Facility Support (20%)

  • Manage supplies, cleaning services, equipment, and small but essential tasks (like unload the dishwasher)
  • Handle administrative tasks for onboarding and offboarding
  • Oversee fleet management (vehicle changes, follow-up, etc.)
  • Assist with events and team gatherings

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree
  • You are precise, independent, and structured
  • You enjoy clarity and repetition, and draw energy from it
  • You remain calm and focused during peak periods
  • You communicate clearly and kindly, also in English
  • You’re proficient in Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Exact or IonBIZ
