At Team Toreon, you will make an impact in the world of cybersecurity from day one.As a Marketing Executive, you will strengthen our team and help convey Toreon’s message strategically and creatively. From email campaigns to social media and events, you will ensure that everything is consistent and effective. Together, we will build a safer digital landscape.

What will you be doing?

As a Marketing Executive, you will be the hub of our communications. You will work closely with our experts and support the business in the areas of sales, HR, and recruitment with creative content and effective campaigns.

You’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at boosting visibility and supporting growth. You’ll contribute to business development efforts and help shape creative (recruitment) campaigns, both online and offline. You’ll manage and optimize newsletters and email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub, while also creating engaging content and improving SEO for the website.

Your role will also include drafting social media posts and ads (on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads), and using data-driven insights from Google Analytics and HubSpot to continuously refine your approach. You’ll develop creative campaign concepts, design visual assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite, and help strengthen employer branding through initiatives such as Sporting Toreon. Additionally, you’ll assist with event organization and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • You have initial experience or a relevant internship in (digital) marketing

  • You’re familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe, WordPress, and HubSpot

  • Existing HubSpot certifications are a strong plus

  • You write fluently and purposefully – in both Dutch and English – and have a good command of French

  • You think both analytically and creatively: you analyze data to identify trends and use those insights to develop original campaign ideas

  • You combine strategic thinking with creative execution

  • You take initiative and proactively contribute to (new) projects

  • You enjoy planning, organizing, measuring, and improving

  • You have a natural curiosity for both numbers and stories

You have initial experience or a relevant internship in (digital) marketing

You’re familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe, WordPress, and HubSpot

Existing HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
